We at ’Phushia’ believe in high standards of quality and value for money. In order to maintain the same, we are committed to ensure that your every purchase from Phushia remains memorable and your shipping experience runs smooth.

Each and every product qualifies through a strict quality test prior to packaging and we take all precautionary measures before dispatching it through reputed shipping service providers.

Shipping charges and delivery timelines for Domestic Shipping :

Delivery Timelines: Products that are available in stock will be delivered within 7-10 days. As our products are handmade so in case its not available in our stocks/ ‘Out of Stock’ product, it will take 15-20 days to recreate it again and deliver at your door step. We would be obliged for your kind patience & understanding.

 

Return & Refund Policy including Damaged Products:

At Phushia, we offer a very flexible Return & Exchange policy.

If there is some ambiguity in  your order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our website/app itself by selecting Return/Exchange TAB. However, there are a few basic rules to get eligible:

 

  • Product has to be in original & unused state. Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
  • Request has to be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will only accept the return/exchange request if there is a mismatch with quantity ordered , damaged products, in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
  • Our team will review the exchange/refund request. Once approved Exchange will be initiated to the same mode of payment else through the option given by you.
  • As you know that all our Products are handmade and fragile, there may be a minute difference in the colour and textures with the original catalog image. On this basis, the exchange/refunds would not be entertained.

Note 1:  : Please don’t forget below safety measures while unboxing as its for your own benefit.

 

  • A complete video recording while unboxing the product should be essentially made, as this will help us in religiously following the return/damage policy. In absence of the same, we will not accept any claim for damages.

 

  • In case of any damage found, please be prompt to inform us within 48 hours from the time of accepting the delivery. Claim would not be entertained beyond this timelines.

 

  • While applying for exchange/refund, you have to upload original products images with unboxing video and not the original Catalog image.

Note 2 : We do not offer return and refund on bulk orders and Sale products.

Note 3:  Please note if you have received the empty box/missing components, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:
